[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1060199: failure when being started on the console

When logging in on the console (i.e. without a graphical display), 
systemctl --user will report that it is in degraded state.

The issue is that xdg-desktop-portal-gtk.service is started bug fails
with
Dez 30 23:44:39 pluto xdg-desktop-por[2829]: Error reading events from display: Datenübergabe unterbrochen (broken pipe)
Dez 30 23:44:39 pluto systemd[1910]: xdg-desktop-portal-gtk.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Dez 30 23:44:39 pluto systemd[1910]: xdg-desktop-portal-gtk.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.


I wonder, whether those xdg-* services should be tied to a graphical
session.
