Several facts:

* Easyeffects (>> 7.0.1) cannot appear in Debian Stable or Stable-backports
because it needs GTK4 (>= 4.10), which is too new and won't exist in Debian
Stable anyway. Backporting GTK4 is impractical since it is one of the
fundamental libraries. This GTK4 version requirement by easyeffects
is a deliberate choice by easyeffects authors and we are unable to alter it.

* Debian stable-backports (bookworm-backports) provides easyeffects 7.0.1.
Debian stable provides easyeffects 7.0.0. Since easyeffects 7.0.0 is
not working for you, please test whether easyeffects 7.0.1 has solved
your issue.

* Debian stable-backports (bookworm-backports) provides pipewire 1.0.3,
though its usefulness to your bug is unknown.

* Debian Testing/Unstable/Sid provides an up-to-date version of
easyeffects.

-------------------------------------------

You have the following choices:

* Request easyeffects 7.0.0 to be removed from Debian Stable.

* Request easyeffects 7.0.0 to be removed from Debian Stable and
easyeffects 7.0.1 to be removed from Debian Stable-backports.

Please let me know which solution works best for you, and I can help complete
your request.

Thanks,
