you wrote it in the comment: the minified stuff can not be built by 
tools already in Debian and needs to download other modules.
Software in main requires this to be possible.

Oh, this is sad and looks like an oversight. Please move these packages 
to contrib as well.

No, I just saw your comment and stopped further processing.

Thats why they are allowed in contrib and can avoid non-free.

All minified  files need to be created from and by stuff in main
