This package has a direct Build-Depends on the dbus package. This is 
probably a larger dependency than it really needs, and could interfere 
with use of the non-default dbus-broker package as a system bus.

If the only reason for this dependency is to be able to run 
unit tests via dbus-run-session(1) or GTestDBus or similar, then the 
dbus-daemon package would be a good replacement.

The network-manager package's runtime Depends on

    default-dbus-system-bus | dbus-system-bus

seems correct and does not need changing.
