[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1094968: pkexec prompts for password in the terminal instead of a graphical window in Debian 13 Testing

When I try to run a program that needs to request the root password graphically, such as Synaptic, the password is requested in the terminal.

Example:

     `~ synaptic-pkexec
     ==== AUTHENTICATING FOR com.ubuntu.pkexec.synaptic ====

     Authentication is required to run the Synaptic Package Manager/

     Authenticating as: root

     Password: `
