This patch touches the upstream sources and I try to avoid carrying 
downstream patches as much as possible. It would thus be great if you 
can raise this upstream at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager


Another alternative could be to utilize meson's "-t TIMEOUT_MULTIPLIER" 
option and overriding dh_auto_test. This would be a Debian only change.
For that, I'd appreciate having a tested patch.
