[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#1147759: Network-manager app shows WIFI password without authentication

When using NetworkManager app 1.36.0 to view the WIFI settings, it the show
password button is clicked on it will show the WIFI password without prompting
for an administrator password. This allows a person other than the administrator
that has local access to the workstation to view all wifi password.
