That's correct for "new development", but since it's not API compatible (I
guess) it's not an option for uwsgi.

The original package was providing the headers for the same C++ driver
that was bundled as part of uwsgi from what I understood.
I guess Apollon suggested to re-create it as an empty package depending
on libmongoclient-dev so that the transition is smooth.
