[pkg-uWSGI-devel] python3-uwsgidecorators is missing egg-info

The Debian package for python3-uwsgidecorators is missing the egg-info
metadata.

This prevents "setup.py" from finding the installed dependencies,
triggering a download from pypi.

I'm working with a build environment where PYPI is blocked to enforce usage
of Debian packages.  The missing egg-info files prevent setup.py from
succeeding.

This will also prevent dh-python3 from detecting the proper Debian
dependency for new packages depending on python3-uwsgidecorators.
