The uwsgi-plugin-php binary package moved from
src:uwsgi to src:uwsgi-plugin-php.

src:uwsgi has a higher version than src:uwsgi-plugin-php
(the versions of the binary packages are correct),
resulting in src:uwsgi-plugin-php not bring built as long
as the old binaries are still around:
