[pkg-uWSGI-devel] Bug#877801: uwsgi-dev: please depend on libbsd-dev on kFreeBSD

Builds of uwsgi's separately packaged plugins for kfreebsd-*
(admittedly not release architectures) in minimal environments (as on
the autobuilders) have been failing:

  UWSGICONFIG_LUAPC=luajit uwsgi --build-plugin /usr/src/uwsgi/plugins/lua
  In file included from /usr/src/uwsgi/plugins/lua/lua_plugin.c:1:0:
  .uwsgi_plugins_builder/uwsgi.h:198:10: fatal error: bsd/unistd.h: No such file or directory
   #include <bsd/unistd.h>
            ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  compilation terminated.

Please declare a dependency on libbsd-dev [kfreebsd-any] to ensure
that this header will be available as needed.
