Package: uwsgi-core
Version: 2.0.14+20161117-3+deb9u
Severity: important
Tags: upstream

Dear Maintainer,

I have debugged a segfault happening in the logsocket_plugin during
uwsgi's startup and worked with upstream to find a solution:

https://github.com/unbit/uwsgi/commit/acf5142cf5ed236519efb73f748adc075ea97e26

It was difficult to reproduce in a testing environment, I have only
seen this problem on a production host at work that was reporting
segfaults
on most of uwsgi's restarts. After applying the patch the issue disappeared.

If possible it would be great if the Stretch and Buster version of
uwsgi-core could add the simple patch provided by upstream to fix the
issue.

Thanks in advance!
