[pkg-uWSGI-devel] Bug#1024459: uwsgi: Build and runtime dependencies on openjdk-11 that will not be in bookworm

openjdk-11 (and therefore uwsgi) is already on the autoremoval list
and will not be in bookworm (only openjdk-17 will be in bookworm).

The uwsgi-plugin-*-openjdk-11 packages need removing
to uwsgi-plugin-*-openjdk-17 (or removal).

I also wonder whether uwsgi-plugin-*-openjdk might be an option,
with a build dependency on default-jdk and a runtime dependency
that is generated at build time (see the jcc package for an example).
Something similar is already done for the uwsgi-plugin*-python3
packages that do not have version specific names, and the same
would also make sense for uwsgi-plugin-rack-ruby3.0.
