Dear Maintainer team,

cdbs has been orphaned for 2 years and does not seem to be considered good
practice for Debian packaging.

src:uwsgi should move away from cdbs.

I've began the work and it is available for comments. Although not usable
yet, it shows the direction it's going. I'll follow-up here with my progress.
