vautotimeredit: vdrdevel crashes with fatal fail

hi,

i don't know really if it's a bug ...

my vdrdevel crashes when activating the autotimeredit-plugin. i've got ct-vdt4 
(debian) with vdrdevel 1.3.37 and autotimeredit 0.1.8-3. on my older not 
updated system with vdrdevel 1.3.34 and autotimeredit 0.1.6 everything works 
fine.

if vdrdevel loads the autotimeredit-plugin, messages doesn't say that 
the /var/lib/vdradmind.at-file was loaded and unloads the autotimer-plugin.
usually also a non-existant vdradmind.at will be created. this does not happen 
even if the permissions of the folders are 777.
