Hi!

I found the problem for the not working constructor in EPG.pm. The package
missed a dependecy. The package "libdate-manip-perl" is needed additionally.
Now xxv starts. I'm starting testing now.

Invoking the start script at the end of postinst seems to me useless while
/etc/default/xxv contains ENABLED=0.
