XXV 0.16e and skins

Hi all,

found some things:

- xxvd.cfg, Section HTTPD: HtmlRoot must read on my system default and not html.

- All xxv-skin-SKINNAME-SKINVERSION.orig.tar.gz extracts to directory SKINNAME.
I think this should be xxv-skin-SKINNAME-SKINVERSION.

- I get this warning when building the skin debs:
dh_gencontrol
dpkg-gencontrol: warning: unknown substitution variable ${shlibs:Depends}
dpkg-gencontrol: warning: unknown substitution variable ${misc:Depends}

I still think have bucking of live tv picture while XXV is doing something in
the background. I will set the update intervall of every plugin to different
values and then check which one is causing the high load so that vdr can't fill
the buffers fast enough.
