Hi Folks,
I get a segmentation violation when I try to start
vdr with the bistreamout module.
I'm running Debian Sarge, with the following packages from
http://www.e-tobi.net/vdr/sarge/experimental/binary/vdr/multipatch/
libdfb++-cvs_0.9.22-20050424.nh.1_i386.deb
libxine1_1.0.1-1vdr2_i386.deb
vdr_1.2.6-34_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-bitstreamout_0.81-1_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-console_0.5.1-16_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-control_0.0.2a-2_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-dvd_0.3.4-rc10-5_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-femon_0.0.7-3_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-mp3_0.9.12-2_i386.deb ==> nicht installieren
vdr-plugin-prefermenu_0.6.2-4_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-remote_0.3.3-2_i386.deb ==> nicht installieren
vdr-plugin-softdevice_0.1.1-nh.7_i386.deb ==> nicht installieren
vdr-plugin-teletext_0.7.6-9_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-vcd_0.0.6c-3_i386.deb
vdr-plugin-xine_0.7.4-0sarge2_i386.deb
I have changed my channels.conf because the one provided
has problems when reading timers.conf at startup.
I have run a
strace -o /tmp/xxx -f \
/usr/bin/vdr -v /var/lib/video.00 \
-c /var/lib/vdr -L /usr/lib/vdr/plugins \
-u vdr -g vdr -P bitstreamout
You can find the output of this command and my
channels.conf list at:
http://www.clausfischer.com/vdr
I'll gladly provide more information if you need it.
Claus
