Creating it directly from the xine-lib source package? That seems reasonable
to me. However, it's not exactly an input plugin package - it'll also contain
one post-plugin (xineplug_post_vdr.so) which can't be multiply instantiated,
which is a bit of an annoyance since gxine 0.4.1 doesn't handle this very
well at all (0.4.5 behaves well in this respect).

(NMU of gxine 0.4.5? <URL:http://zap.tartarus.org/~ds/debian/> for the
packaging, and I can point at Siggi saying "yes, NMU it" if needed. If you
want to mark yourself as the NMUer, that's fine...)
