One thing which i do not understand is: you want to check which modules
are loaded allready before starting vdr, and then runvdr tries to load
these modules again?

(The old script assumed that the modules are loaded allready before
starting vdr and just tries to reload exactly these modules when vdr=20
exits abnormally.)

I think we should ensure that the file /tmp/vdr.err does not exist
before wrinting into it, maybe we can use mktemp to create the file?
