e-tobi.net vs. alioth debs

I would like to know the relationship that exist between e-tobi's 
repository (http://www.e-tobi.net/vdrdevel/) and alioth's packaging 
developement. There seems to be much more plugins on e-tobi than on alioth.
I would like to track a more regular repository than my own packages : 
at least vdr 1.3.23, vdr-plugin-dvd, the new vdr-plugin-softdevice, and 
add vdr-plugin-burn et al.

Where should I point my /etc/apt/sources.list to ? (I can't read german, 
so docs on www.e-tobi.net are approximative for me).
