Should be no problem, just checkout and build the plugins from the
svn-repository as described under: http://pkg-vdr-dvb.alioth.debian.org/
Patches and Improvements are allways welcome. ;-)

Yes, you are right - i guess we need a simple way to install such 
special plugins disabled by default.
