Status of ttxtsubs plugin ?

Hello

I was wondering if anyone from your group is working on ttxtsubs
plugin [1]. I need this plugin as french broadcasters like TPS will
only broadcast based on teletext subtitles.

I know that Darren already provides vdr with the required patches, but
so far I've seen no trace of work done on this plugin.

So, is anyone working on this, or is it time for me to bite the bullet
and package it debian-vdr style ?
