I think the way we do it right now is older then the above "braced
style". The above format is easier to parse, but it misses the email
addresses of the maintainers. But they may be added to debian/copyright.
As far as I can see, there is no official format for multiple maintainer
changelogs. But the at least the braced format is the one, that is
supported by dch.
