vdr-plugin-dxr3 ready for upload (?)

Hi,

I think vdr-plugin-dxr3 is now ready for upload, but I'd be happy if 
someone could check the changes I did, as this is my first vdr-related 
package.

I also have interrogations about debian/changelog... Shouldn't the 
changelog entries reference the actual uploader of the package rather 
than the whole mailing-list? At least, that's what bugs #343072 and 
#343871 pretend... And why not use dch's standard multi-maintainer 
format?
