Please find the new version of linuxtv-dvb-apps at:
http://linuxtv.org/download/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.tar.bz2

Version 1.1.1 is identical to 1.1.0, with added support for the ATSC 
digital television standard.
Prior versions are useless for Americans, Canadians and Koreans.
