Thanks for reporting this. I will fix this and forward the bug report to
the upstream's bug tracker.

Unfortunately there seems to be no way to workaround the include-issue
with tntnet, because tntnet generates code that also contains this bug.
Besides this cxxtools has the same problem too. I've already filed a bug
using your description. I hope, you don't mind (#455085).
