Bug#458343: vdradmin-am: unused variable in daemon config file

In the daemon configuration file /etc/default/vdradmin-am is a variable:

# Additional options that are passed to the Daemon.
DAEMON_OPTS=""

but this variable is completely unmentioned/unused in the daemon's start script
/etc/init.d/vdradmin-am

The variable should be removed or it's usage should be added to
/etc/init.d/vdradmin-am
