vdr-plugin-alcd: does not change permissions of /dev/ttyS0

Thanks for reporting this!

I think none of these solutions is ideal. It's hard for packages to mess with
access rights to certain resources. Espeacially in this case, where only the
alcd plugin requires access to ttyS0, but it's vdr that needs this access right.
When modifying access rights you always have to think about, how to remove them
in a secure way, when the package is uninstalled.

I would vote for adding a note to README.Debian and leave it to the admin to
configure the access rights.
