vdr-dxr3-plugin firmware location, patch no longer required

Hi,

The new version of dxr3 drivers (em8300-source and related packages) have 
moved the firmware to /lib/firmware, which is consistent with the dxr3-plugin 
upstream default location. This means, in the debian package svn repos for 
the dxr3-plugin, the patch "10_em8300_mc_path.dpatch" is no longer 
appropriate (and breaks things if left in place). Could someone please remove 
that patch? Thanks.
