The downloads on this page are version 1.1.1 of dvb-apps (which is the
latest official release), exactly the same version which is allready
in debian. The problem is that this version is based on 1.1.0 which is
over 2 years old, 1.1.1 just added support for ATSC.

Upstream has added much more features to their development version
which is only available in a hg-repository (it was in a CVS-repository
until last year), the problem is that i do not really like the idea of
adding a (not officially released) development version of dvb-apps to
the debian archive.

I would really appreciate a official release of the dvb-apps currently
developed in the hg-repository, so maybe you can convince the upstream
developers to release a new version!? ;-)

Regards,
Thomas
