Bug#452688: xineliboutput-sxfe: Documentation (man page, README) completely missing

There is no documentation in this package.  I suggest adding a man
page (maybe based on "vdr-sxfe --help") and the xineliboutput README
(or merge the two to a better man page).

I only understood how to use vdr-sxfe by reading the README in my VDR
source installation...

Especially hints how to realize non-interlacing and how to use
keyboard are quite important.
