I don't think calendar requires a patch. To make a debian package out of 
it, use "debianize-vdrplugin" and compile it with the correct vdr-dev 
installed. This plug-in is about 4 years old and probably must be 
modified to be usable with VDR 1.4 or later.

For obvious reasons, you are on your own with the other plug-in and we 
don't wish this plug-in to be discussed here.
