Bug#472548: new libxine1 on sid makes vdr-plugin-xineliboutput packages uninstallable

The package should be compiled against the new version of libxine1, I have
compiled it without any problem and seems to work ok (I'm using
libxine1-xvdr).

If you need help with the package, want me to NMU or whatever just ask.
