Bug#492141: conflict with libxdb-dev

 These three packages do file-conflict with each other:

dvb-apps
libxdb-dev
libxbase2.0-bin

 While libxbase2.0-bin has a Conflicts with libxdb-dev already, there is
none set in dvb-apps at all, so the quick fix is to add Conflicts for
both to it.

 I noticed that in the svn tree there is for a while already changes for
another bug that should get fixed along the same lines. And it makes me
wonder a bit, the package team on alioth isn't /that/ small that a thing
like this should be lying around for that long. :/

 This is a call to the contributors of the pkg-vdr-dvb team, otherwise I
plan to upload a NMU that will address this RC bug at least, propably
pulling the other changes from the svn too, and other quick-fix bugs
that might be open for the package (haven't taken a too close look yet).
