Pre-Freeze state of the DVB/VDR packages

Hello!

The freeze is probably just 1-2 months ahead, a good time to check for
any outstanding issues.

I've filed a bunch of removal request for a lot of vdr-plugin-* packages
to get rid of the old kfreebsd and hurd binaries. They were useless on
those architectures anyways, because VDR was never built for kfreebsd
and hurd.

In the latest VDR package vdr-dev depends on linux-libc-dev, which makes
it uninstallable on kfreebsd and hurd, so no VDR plugins can be built on
those architectures anymore.

Right now all packages have migrated to testing.

My plans for the next week are:

- Upload a pending VDR update which closes #576337
- Upstream updates:
   * vdr-plugin-epgsync
   * vdr-plugin-skinenigmang
   * vdr-plugin-sudoku
   * vdradmin-am
- #568623 (nvram-wakeup)
- Maybe fix some lintian warnings (like missing source/format)

Christoph Pfister upstream-fixed some of the dvb-apps-bugs Mark
forwarded (Thx!) so it might be worth to update dvb-apps to a new
upstream snapshot.  Mark?

All in all, I think the packages are in good shape and ready to be
released in Squeeze. But I encourage everyone to update to the versions
in Squeeze/Sid to find any problems that might still be hidden somewhere.

Many thanks to all (co-)maintainers and bug reporters!

Also many thanks to Thomas Günther for keeping track of the vdr 1.7.x
development, so we are well prepared for the upcoming VDR 1.8 release.

One thing we probably should think about after Squeeze, is the migration
of the vdr* packages to the 3.0 (quilt) source format. I thought about
doing this before Squeeze, but decided to stay with 1.0 / dpatch for
now. But I already use 3.0 (quilt) for new packages and I encourage you
to do so as well.

Tobias
