Bug#581978: Missing support for HUD OSD

When trying to use the "HUD OSD" feature, the vdr-sxfe program says:
  "Application was compiled without XRender support. HUD OSD disabled."

The (upstream) Makefile tests for the X render and Xinerama extensions
at compile time, and presumably is not finding them. Probably the
solution is just to add libxrender-dev and x11proto-xinerama-dev to the
Build-Depends list in debian/control.
