Bug#615635: libxine1-xvdr: Incompatible with VDR 1.7

This version of libxine1-xvdr is incompatible with VDR 1.7, presumably
because of the change from PES to TS streaming. I've been using Tobias
Grimm's packages recently, but all the other official libxine1 packages
now have an apparently newer version than Tobias' (1.1.19-3 vs
1.1.19-2.etobi3) while his libxine1-xvdr and xineliboutput-sxfe
(1.0.6+cvs20110213.0131-1) are newer than Debian's and incompatible with
the 1.1.19-3 packages. If the official vdr-plugin-xineliboutput
packages could be updated to a version compatible with VDR 1.7 (I
believe this would still be backwards-compatible with VDR 1.6) it would
be very helpful.
