infosatepg plugin

Hi,

I'd like to see the infosatepg plugin in Debian and in the e-tobi
experimental archive. What would be the right way to address it?

I could do a normal Debian ITP, build and upload.

Or is the Debian VDR Team <pkg-vdr-dvb-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org>
interested to be the maintainer?
