Package: dvbsnoop
Version: 1.4.50-3
Severity: normal

hi there,

the mpeg spec says in section under "continuity counter":

The continuity_counter shall not be incremented when the
adaptation_field_control of the packet equals '00' or '10'.

I think dvbsnoop assumes it is always increased when checking for CC
errors, leading to false "duplicate packet" errors
