vdr-plugin-live has been rebuilt successfully on all architectures, and
the binNMUs are ready to migrate whenever cxxtools/tntnet are ready.

Since 3/10 is still young, particularly for new upstream releases, I
choose to remove vdr-plugin-live temporarily from testing, so that vdr
itself could migrate, along with libextractor, mysql-5.5, etc. (instead
of migrating cxxtools/tntnet earlier than after the usual 10 days).

All other vdr-plugin-* (but live, see above conditions) should then
migrate during the next run.

Mraw,
KiBi.
