I did some more research on this topic. It seems the service information
is crippled by the Huffman encoding to explicitly restrict access to the
EPG data to manufactures which sign a license agreement. The Huffman
tables are some kind of license key and I'm not sure about the legal
implications of publishing these Huffman tables in Debian.
