At the moment the description file
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/l/linuxtv-dvb-apps/linuxtv-dvb-apps_1.1.1+rev1483-2.dsc
contains the references to source repository which does not exist:

The repository itself is 8 years old. That creates a confusion
concerning what exactly was used as a source for .orig.tar.bz2
