Thanks for your mail. The scan files have been split out into a
separate package called dtv-scan-tables. Therefore I am reassigning it
to d-s-t. Oliver Schinagl (CC'd) is the upstream dtv-scan-tables
maintainer. I have reattached your cz-All-actual-2013 for his consideration.
