The packages listed under affects cannot satisfy their cross build
dependencies, because their dependency on vdr-dev is unsatisfiable. In
general, Architecture: all packages can never satisfy cross
Build-Depends unless marked Multi-Arch: foreign. In this case, such a
marking would be wrong, because vdr-dev depends on linux-libc-dev. The
foreign marking would clear the architecture constraint and pull in the
build architecture linux-libc-dev where a host architecture one would be
needed. Thus vdr-dev should be switched to Architecture: any. (This is
also known as the "multiarch interpreter problem" workaround.) Please
consider applying the attached patch after stretch is released.
