vdr-plugin-dvbhddevice fails to cross build from source, because it uses
the build architecture pkg-config and thus fails finding vdr.pc. The
attached patch makes pkg-config substitutable and vdr-plugin-dvbhddevice
cross buildable. Please consider applying it.
