vdr-plugin-softhddevice missed the last two releases since it does not
build with ffmpeg 4.0 or newer (#888331). Since this is the last package
keeping the cruft libavresame{4-,dev} packages in unstable, please
remove vdr-plugin-softhddevice.

Upstream development seems to have stopped with the last release around
9 years ago.
