vdr-plugin-fritzbox is the only remaining package build depending
on libcommoncpp2-dev, but HISTORY says:
  2013-12-01: Version 1.5.3
  - New dependency boost::asio, dropped dependency to commoncpp

Please drop the stale build dependency on libcommoncpp2-dev.

Severity of this bug is RC since libcommoncpp2 will likely soon
be removed from testing.
