Improved systemd packaging for VDR

Dear Maintainers,

I never got a reply to this, but apparently someone added me to some 
Debian mailing list(s), because I have received some emails related to 
VDR packaging in Debian since then.

Most recently, I received an email about
Bug#1039409: vdradmin-am: ships sysv-init script without systemd unit
with which I think I might be able to help:
