I request an adopter for the w-scan-cpp package (and it's dependency
src:librepfunc see RFA #1052443 )

My device (USB TV/DVB Dongle - RTL_SDR based) which I used with w-scan-cpp 
broke (I don't plan to buy a new one), so I don't have use of w_scan_cpp and 
can't test the package anymore. I can still update it, but can't guarantee 
that the produced binary actually works.
